From raw materials to intermediate products and finished standard mixed gases, we achieve traceability management, and have established integral data and traceability chains.
Currently, there are 5 sets of self-developed and designed cylinder baking and processing equipment in the workshop. It adopts a centralized confluence interface for convenient assembly, which can realize synchronous operations of cylinder heating and cylinder replacement, effectively treating impurities and moisture inside the self-owned cylinders, and ensuring that they can meet the quality control requirements before filling. At the same time, the entire cylinder baking process adopts automated program operation, effectively improving work efficiency.
